Shipment Policy
This Shipment Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) describes how the orders are shipped, when you place orders with Cobra Systems on our website, i.e. www.cobrasystems.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site”).

- REGIONS AND COUNTRIES WE SHIP TO
The Company provides shipping services to designated regions, including the United States, Canada, and select international jurisdictions. Shipment availability is subject to applicable laws, regulatory requirements, and carrier limitations. The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to restrict or modify the list of eligible destinations without prior notice.
- EXCEPTIONS AND PROHIBITED DESTINATIONS
The Company does not ship to countries or regions subject to trade embargoes, sanctions, or other legal restrictions imposed by applicable authorities. Shipments are also unavailable to destinations where carrier services are limited or prohibited due to safety, regulatory, or logistical constraints. The Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any order that cannot be lawfully fulfilled under these conditions.
- SHIPPING METHODS AND CARRIERS
We partner with major shipping carriers, including but not exclusively, UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS, to ensure safe and timely delivery of orders. Customers can select from various shipping options, depending on their location and urgency of delivery. The available shipping methods include:- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time varies by carrier and location but typically ranges between 5 to 7 business days within the United States and longer for Canada and Mexico.
- Expedited Shipping: Faster shipping option with an estimated delivery time of 2 to 3 business days for most locations.
- Overnight or Express Shipping: If available for your location, overnight or express shipping ensures the fastest delivery but comes at a higher cost.
- International Shipping: Will be quoted on a per order basis.
Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method, destination, and carrier schedules. Unforeseen delays caused by weather conditions, carrier disruptions, or customs clearance (for international orders) may impact delivery timeframes.
- SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of the package, destination, and selected shipping method. During checkout, customers will see the available shipping options and their respective costs before completing the order. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless an error occurred on our end.
- ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days. However, if an order includes custom-made products, the processing time may extend to 4 to 6 weeks. Processing time begins once the order is confirmed and payment is successfully received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once an order is shipped, customers will receive a tracking number via email. This tracking number can be used to monitor the shipment’s progress through the carrier’s website (UPS, FedEx, DHL, or USPS). If you do not receive a tracking number within the expected processing time, please contact us at customerservice@cobrasystems.com or call 800-262-7298 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST).
- LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
If your shipment is lost, damaged, or delayed during transit, please contact us immediately at customerservice@cobrasystems.com or call 800-262-7298 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM PST). We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may issue a replacement or refund, subject to our discretion. For damaged shipments, photographic proof may be required.
- INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the order is shipped, Cobra Systems is not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
- SIGNATURE REQUIREMENT
Some shipments, especially high-value orders, may require a signature upon delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable after multiple attempts, it may be returned to us, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
- CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES (FOR CANADA AND MEXICO)
For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Customs clearance procedures may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery timeframe.
- INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping details at the time of placing an order. If incorrect or incomplete information is provided, we cannot guarantee delivery. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping or correcting address errors.
- RESERVATION OF RIGHT
Cobra Systems reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases where the product is unavailable, payment cannot be processed, the shipping address is incomplete or invalid, or the order violates our Terms & Conditions. In the event of a cancellation, we will notify you promptly and provide a full refund if payment has already been made. This right to cancel also extends to suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions.
- UPDATES
We reserve the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
