Cobra Systems, Inc., and its product lines, VnM SignMaker, Striker Reminder Stickers, and eBarcode, strive to maintain your loyalty as a customer.

We understand that returning an item can be a hassle. We want your product returns to be as easy as 1-2-3!

Step 1

Request an RMA # by completely filling out and submiting the form.

Step 2

Click “Submit”. An email confirmation will be sent to you. Please allow up to 72 hours for your RMA# to be emailed to you.

Step 3

Ship your item, prepaid, back to Cobra Systems, Inc. Write the RMA # on the outside of the shipping carton, and include a copy of the RMA Information Form in the shipping carton with your return.
